1. Introduction
Welcome to Involex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Involex website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by ISMU co ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Involex is an invoicing and billing tool designed for freelancers and small businesses to create invoices, manage clients, track payments, and organize tax-related invoice details.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using email and password or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Account Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at ismuco2025@gmail.com.
3. Use of the Service
You may use Involex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the business content you submit (such as invoice, client, and tax details). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.
4. Payment Terms
Some aspects of the Service may be provided free of charge, while others may require a fee. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase, as updated by us from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period already billed, except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes imposed by your jurisdiction.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe continued access would harm the Service, other users, or ISMU co.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, contact us at ismuco2025@gmail.com and we will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
